Cooking instructions:
Our quinoa is pre-washed, so there is no need to rinse it before cooking. Add 2 cups of water to 1 cup of quinoa (2 for 1 ratio). Once boiling, reduce the heat and leave to cook without a lid for 12 to 15 minutes, or until all the liquid is absorbed. Turn off the burner, leave it covered for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
