INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups of pancake mix
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 egg (or chia/flax egg)
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix.
- Cook the pancakes in a large pan.
- Serve and garnish to taste!
