Strawberry Overnight Quinoa

  • 1 cup cooked Royal white Quinoa
  • 1/2 cup quinoa flakes
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Combine the Ingredients: In a glass jar or airtight container, combine the cooked quinoa, quinoa flakes, chia seeds, plant-based milk, maple syrup, frozen strawberries and vanilla extract (if using). Stir the mixture well to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.

  2. Chill and Rest: Place the jar or container in the refrigerator and allow it to chill and set for at least 4 hours, or ideally, overnight. This will allow the flavors to meld and the chia seeds to absorb the liquid, creating a pudding-like texture.

  3. Serve: When you're ready to enjoy your Quinoa Overnight Delight, give it a good stir. If the mixture seems too thick, you can add a splash of plant-based milk to achieve your desired consistency.
