For 3 servings
INGREDIENTS
- 227 gr Fusilli Lentil & Quinoa
- 2 onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 cups of cooked white beans
- 1/2 cup of cashews
- 1/3 cup of nutritional yeast
- 1 lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp of hot chili flakes
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package.
- In a saucepan, sauté the onion, garlic, red pepper flakes until golden brown.
- In a high-speed blender, mix all ingredients.
- Heat the sauce, add the pasta, enjoy!
