Cookie and Coffee Energy Balls

An easy snack to prepare with just 6 ingredients, no baking and perfect for an afternoon snack or after a workout!

Makes 12 energy balls



  1. Place all the ingredients in the food processor and mix for about 2 minutes.
  2. Squeeze the mixture well and shape about 12 balls.

Can be kept for about a week in the fridge and 3 months in the freezer.
