Makes 1 bowl
Smoothie Bowl Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 4 Double Chocolate Quinoa Cookies
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup milk
Toppings:
- 1 Double Chocolate Quinoa Cookie, broken into smaller pieces
- 2 fresh strawberries, halved
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp desiccated coconut
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together until smooth and well combined. Transfer smoothie to a bowl and add toppings before serving.
Notes: If using frozen strawberries, add some additional milk.
