Buddha bowl style quinoa oatmeal

Have you ever tried making our quinoa like you would make oats? It is possible and absolutely delicious! Get inspired by this colorful Buddha Bowl styled quinoa oat bowl

Makes 2 bowls

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of white Royal quinoa
  • 2 ¼ cups of almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons of maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon of almond or vanilla extract

Garnish:

  • Sliced blood orange
  • Raspberry jam
  • Fresh raspberries
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Sliced strawberries
  • Hazelnut butter
  • Puffed quinoa

PREPARATION

  1. Rinse the quinoa well and cook with the milk, syrup and almond extract for about 15 min (You can add milk for a creamier consistency).
  2. Place the cooked quinoa in a bowl and add the toppings.
