Have you ever tried making our quinoa like you would make oats? It is possible and absolutely delicious! Get inspired by this colorful Buddha Bowl styled quinoa oat bowl
Makes 2 bowls
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of white Royal quinoa
- 2 ¼ cups of almond milk
- 2 teaspoons of maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon of almond or vanilla extract
Garnish:
- Sliced blood orange
- Raspberry jam
- Fresh raspberries
- Pomegranate seeds
- Sliced strawberries
- Hazelnut butter
- Puffed quinoa
PREPARATION
- Rinse the quinoa well and cook with the milk, syrup and almond extract for about 15 min (You can add milk for a creamier consistency).
- Place the cooked quinoa in a bowl and add the toppings.
