This 4 grains hot cereal, a mix of quinoa, amaranth, buckwheat and chia seeds are an excellent alternative to traditional oatmeal. Cooking instructions: Heat 2/3 cup of milk or plant-based milk in a small pot over medium heat until almost at a boil. Remove the milk from the heat. Pour ½ cup of dry mixture into the heated milk, stir and wait 1 minute before serving. You can add extra milk if you like your hot cereal creamier.
